Visit the ChromEx website: https://app.chromex.io
You need to sign in as an advanced G Suite administrator to create a new cost center in ChromEx.
If you have not previously created a cost center or have been invited to one, you will be presented with this dialog box.
Existing cost centers created by other administrators in your domain are shown under “Other Cost Centers”.
Here you will find an overview of existing cost centers on your domain along with ownership information.
Return to the previous screen by clicking “BACK”.
Click “Create cost center” to create a new cost center.
Enter a name, country, language and time zone for the new cost center and click “Create”.
When the new cost center is created it will be visible in the top right corner when active.
To switch between active cost centers click on the cost center name in the top right-hand corner.
Choose the cost center you want to work with.
You can also view other cost centers created in the domain .
You can manage the settings and ownership of your cost center in the Cost Center page.
You can also manage settings for country, language and time zone.
To invite teachers or cost center administrators to ChromEx, navigate to “Users”.
Here you can add Teachers and Cost Center Administrators by clicking on the outlined buttons depending if you want to add a group or a single user.
A teacher will only be able to create exams within their own cost center.
The cost center administrator is able to handle cost center membership and manage the cost center subscription and billing.
Click on the button “Add user” in the Teachers section.
Enter the email address and click “Add”.
The user has now been added as a teacher for your cost center!
To view or manage a cost center subscriptions, navigate to “Subscription”.
You can test ChromEx with up to 10 students per month within a single cost center.
If a subscription is started in your cost center it will be isolated from other cost centers in the domain.

In the “Exam Templates” page you can manage default settings for exams in ChromEx.
The Default configuration controls what settings are applied if there is no other configuration available or the teacher does not choose another.
Click on “Create Exam Template” to create a template for your exams.
For example you might want to create a template that will have some additional security requirements.
You can choose settings for your template, e.g. if you want the exams to be anonymized, whether to require pincodes, which clients can be used, and accessibility options. When you are done, click on “Create”.
These templates can be useful when you have exams that have special requirements.
